Esteemed colleagues, dear faculty members, and veteran educators of Brest State Technical University!
Please accept my most sincere and heartfelt congratulations on your professional holiday - Teachers' Day!
The teaching profession is not merely a job; it is a calling that demands immense dedication, wisdom, and patience. At BrSTU, this day holds special significance. It is impossible to train an engineer, an architect, or a builder without a mentor - someone who does more than just pass on formulas and design standards; a mentor teaches students to think systematically, to see the beauty in calculations, and to take responsibility for every line drawn on a blueprint.
Our university is rightfully proud of its staff! Today, I express my deep gratitude to the entire faculty. You are the foundation upon which the prestige of the Brest school of engineering rests. Thanks to your daily efforts, our graduates become sought-after specialists, business leaders, and talented scientists who are building a modern Belarus.
I would like to extend special words of appreciation to our veteran educators. Your experience, devotion to your alma mater, and commitment to tradition constitute the "gold standard" of BrSTU. You set an example of resilience and professionalism for us all.
On this festive day, I wish you all robust health, boundless optimism, family well-being, and creative inspiration! May your work bring you joy, and may the gratitude of your students be the greatest reward for your noble labor!
Sincerely,
Rector of Brest State Technical University
Andrei Nikolaevich Parfievich
