Students of Brest State Technical University have once again proven their readiness for work and new achievements. Within the framework of the Republican industry interdisciplinary labor project "Road of Opportunities", representatives of the university joined the group of students working as conductors of passenger cars of interregional and international trains.

The Vector service squad named after cadet Dmitry Borisovich Gvishiani consists exclusively of active and proactive guys who are ready to prove themselves and contribute to the development of the Belarusian railway industry.

"Working as a conductor is not just a profession, it is a unique opportunity to see the world, meet interesting people and gain invaluable life experience," says squad leader Tatyana Belaya.

The commander emphasizes the importance of each trip, noting that this work requires a high degree of dedication and responsibility. It includes performing many duties: meeting passengers, checking tickets, cleaning and maintaining order in the carriages, organizing the serving of tea and coffee, resolving conflict situations and much more.

According to the squad members, the conductor's duties include not only ensuring the comfort of passengers, but also creating a safe atmosphere during the trip. They note that each trip becomes a unique event filled with new acquaintances, impressions and opportunities to test yourself in various situations.

In addition, the guys emphasize the physical activity and emotional involvement necessary to successfully complete their mission. However, it is precisely such tests that make the work especially interesting and meaningful.

According to the squad leader, the conductors become real masters of their carriage, combining the roles of a psychologist, organizer and artist at the same time. For many young professionals, such practice is an important stage in the formation of professional qualities and life values.

"I have been the commander of this detachment for the second year, during this time I realized that the conductor is the face of the railway. The train is our home, and the passenger is our guest. I try to do everything possible to make his journey pleasant and safe. And then the work brings me not only earnings, but also satisfaction and unforgettable impressions," said Tatyana.
